By 2005, he took a bold step, becoming an independent agent and opening a full-service insurance agency in Troy, Missouri, offering home, auto, business, life, and health insurance solutions.

A natural innovator, John embraced digital marketing in 2016, complementing his successful traditional strategies like direct mail, billboards, and radio.

By 2019, his agency was generating and converting online leads with remarkable success, setting the stage for a new venture. That vision became reality with the launch of Bang Bang Leads in late 2019, a platform initially created to share high-quality leads with trusted partner agencies.

In 2021, John shifted his focus to lead generation full-time, specializing in Final Expense insurance. Since then, Bang Bang Leads has empowered over 12,000 agents nationwide, delivering millions of leads and establishing itself as a premier online lead vendor in the simplified-issue financial services industry.
