How long does it take until I start receiving appointments?

Once you submit an order, we will need at least a week to start generating leads and set up your account.

I placed an order, now what?

We will be sending you an onboarding form that you will need to fill out. We will need this information from you in order to set up your account. We can't start your order until we get this information from you. The faster you get this onboarding form submitted, the quicker we can start your order.

How will I receive the appointments?

We will provide you with a Google Calendar and a Google Sheet where the appointments will populate in real-time. You will also receive a text with the leads info when the appointment gets booked. On the Google Sheet it will have the leads info, the recording of the call, the address, appointment time, and the (favorite vegetable) code word.

How long does it take to get all of my appointments?

There are a lot of factors that will determine how long it will take to get all of your appointments. Things such as the area your are running appointments in, if you provide old leads, how many appointments are ordered, the availability you provide, etc. On average, orders are typically filled within a day or two. But there is a chance it could take longer based on the factors previously mentioned.

The call recording I received is not right or is a voicemail, why was the appointment set?

Sometimes the lead will call back and the AI will book the appointment but the system will take the first call recording and will add it to the sheet. If this happens, let us know as soon as possible and we will get the updated recording added to your sheet.

I got a P.O. box as an address on an appointment, what do I do?

If there's a P.O. box on the spreadsheet, let us know immediately. Also use techniques like People Finder to find their address. Sometimes a P.O. box will slip by but it won't be a common occurrence.
